LOW VERTICAL (3/4" height of your existing resser foot). Vertical "V" screw-on/ snap-on. "A" screw-on/ snap-on. "B" screw-on/ snap-on. Remove your existing presser foot and shank to attach a walking foot. Instructions for attaching this foot will be provided. Fits low vertical machine including the following: Alphasew, BabyLock, Bernette, Brother, EuroPro, Janome, Kenmore (excluding Super High see RWA-8), Necchi, Riccar, Simplicity, Singer (excluding Slant see #421333-451), Viking HuskyStar, White. The walking foot (even feed/dual feed) is designed to feed the top and bottom layers of the fabric at the same time. The feed teeth on the foot work in conjunction with the feed teeth on the sewing machine moving the layers in unison. Use this foot for difficult to feed fabrics: bulky, plaids, slippery, batting or quilted fabrics. In most sewing applications set your machine for straight stitch center needle position. Brothers with short needle clamp screw such as Needle Clamp XA0643151 (XA0643051). Brothers with short needle clamp screw such as Needle Clamp XA0643151 (XA0643051) fitting models: LS1217, LS1520, LS1717, LS2125, VX1120, VX1125, VX1140, VX1250, VX2240, will also need to order Needle Clamp Attachment Screw #54635 "A" for this foot to work correctly.
